Kate Keary Kate Keary is a marine biologist, an experienced environmental educator and teacher. Kate has taught in NSW DoE and Catholic schools and currently teaches at Brewongle Environmental Education Centre. Kate developed and leads the Australian Marine Education Network (AMEN), a special interest group of the Australian Association for Environmental Education. She has worked and presented on marine education projects across Australia and internationally. This ardent educator has a particular interest in engaging students in citizen science, to connect them to the natural world and inspire change for a sustainable future. She is very excited to be working with the AUSMAP team.

ALISON DEVLIN Beth has a Post Grad certificate in Antarctic studies and a Masters in Marine Biology working in Tonga on parrotfish. The ocean has been Beth's favourite place since she can remember and is now her passion. A big focus in Beth's life is how can she protect the marine environment and live a lifestyle with minimal plastic. Beth is very excited to be a part of AUSMAP, to use social media to involve and support communities with information on microplastics and the influence we can have.

ALEX Lynch Alex has 5 years of experience in science and nearly 4 years in waste and litter education. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Research where she studied Education for Sustainability at Macquarie University. Previously working on the Ocean Action Pod program, Alex brings her passion for the environment and knowledge to the AUSMAP team.
