Join AUSMAP for an interactive community stall event as we present our project Reducing Microplastic Pollution in Randwick Council LGA. 

Come and say hi! Learn more about how AUSMAP is tackling microplastic pollution, explore our citizen science method, and see firsthand how collected samples are processed and analysed. Throughout the event, our team will be sharing insights from phase 1 of the project and outlining how community members can get involved in future initiatives.

We’ll also have a live, hands-on station dedicated to sorting our latest sample from Manly Cove Clean Up Australia Day. Visitors are invited to participate in the microplastic sorting process, gaining a deeper understanding of what’s found in our local waterways and why this work matters.
